My mission is to support you on a journey back to your heart where your wisdom and worthiness lives.
You deserve to reconnect with yourself (self-love), you are worthy of realigning with what lights you up (values) and you are absolutely going to rebloom (hold yourself to your highest power).
Both of my offerings take place online via Zoom or in person at my coaching room in East London.
Sessions can be paid monthly at ZAR1600 or in full for the 3-month journey at ZAR4800. All payments to be made before sessions.

What does this look like?
A 30 -minute free discovery call. You book a time and we have this call via Zoom.
A pre-coaching questionnaire which I email to you. This gives you time to reflect on what you want to work on. It gives me the opportunity to see how I can be of support to you. You will send this to back to me before the discovery call takes place.
2 x 1 hour sessions each month for three months where you will set three inspiring goals to work towards with me as your cheerleader!
These take place bi-weekly.

1 x 90-minute session
No discovery call.
Pre-coaching questionnaire will be sent once you book a session.
This 90-minute session is tailor made around you gaining some clarity on something. Perhaps a decision, setting a boundary, or anything that you need a skilled listener to support you with.
I will use my skill set, powerful questions and support to empower you to trust yourself in moving forward with something.
This session also includes email and WhatsApp support for 7 days after the session.
I am not a psychologist or a counsellor. I am aware of my scope of practice and have a resource base to refer you to a professional should coaching not be the correct support for you right now.
